Using the app

AutoDarkroom is a desktop application for organizing, straightening, cropping, and applying local color adjustments to photos. You may use it for your personal or commercial photo workflow, subject to the laws that apply to you.

Your photos and decisions

You remain responsible for the photos you open, the folders you authorize, and the exported results. Suggestions made by the app are editing assistance, not a guarantee that a particular photo is the best image or that an export is error-free. Keep a backup of important originals.

Trial and lifetime purchase

AutoDarkroom includes a free trial as described in the app. After the trial, continued use requires the one-time lifetime purchase offered through the Mac App Store. The purchase is a non-consumable Apple transaction, is not a subscription, and is subject to Apple's payment, refund, and account terms. Purchases can be restored from the License section in the app.

Acceptable use

Do not use AutoDarkroom to violate another person's rights, bypass Apple's protections, interfere with the app or its distribution, or attempt to reverse engineer it except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Availability and liability

AutoDarkroom is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for indirect losses or for loss caused by using the app without maintaining appropriate backups. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
